The Project Site will be available for inspection by Bidders. Bidders visiting the Project Sites shall be responsible for their own safety. Secured facilities shall be available for inspection by appointment. Bidders may contact the following individuals from the PARKS AND RECREATION Department for an appointment. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Contracting Officer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only answers issued by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Addenda may also be issued to modify the Bidding Documents as deemed advisable by City.
