The Elmhurst Park District is accepting bids for the following identified project: 2023 Facility HVAC Improvements for Wagner Community Center and Courts Plus. A bid security in the amount of 10% of the base bid will be required to accompany bid proposals for this project. The Elmhurst Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. This is a Prevailing Wage Schedule Project and the contractor and all sub-contractors are to pay the prevailing wage for Du Page/Cook County for the life of the project and are responsible for keeping up with all changes.
