Security Fence at the Atlantic County Justice Facility

The undersigned having read the Notice to Bidders, Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders and Special Provisions attached thereto for the above Project and having examined the site of the work and furnish all materials mentioned in the plans and/or specifications for the entire work in the manner prescribed or as amended or modified by the Special Provisions at the unit prices listed below. It is understood that the quantities listed of the various items of work to be performed or materials to be furnished, are estimates only which can be increased or decreased in the manner designated in the Plans and/or Specifications. Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond must be not less than ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the bid, except that no check or bid bond shall be for more than $20,000.00 and made payable to the Atlantic County Treasurer which the undersigned agrees is to be forfeited as liquidated damages and not a penalty if the Contract is awarded to the undersigned and the undersigned shall fail to execute the Contract for the project or furnish the required bond. Otherwise, said deposit shall be returned to the undersigned. This statement shall be completed, certified to, and included with all bid and proposal submissions. Failure to submit the required information is cause for automatic rejection of the bid or proposal.
