| Description | 1. Preparation of Right-of-way shall consist of cleaning the edges of the roadway of vegetation. 2. Rework the existing pavement structure within the limits as designated and/or as directed by the County Engineer. Initial rework of the existing asphalt pavement and base material shall be to a total depth of eight inches (8”) utilizing Item 251, Type D. 3. Cement treatment of the scarified area shall be to a depth of eight inches (8”). Cement is to be applied at an estimated rate of 16 LBS/SY. The cement treated area shall be compacted by ordinary compaction methods. |
