Alhambra Driving Range Improvement Project

**As of August 22,2022, project was awarded to Dynasty Builders, awarded amount is $170,499.64.** Construction Commencement - Within 20 working days of the Contract Award Construction Completion - Within 120 working days of the commencement Proposals must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee consisting of a bid bond payable to the City of Alhambra in the amount not less than 10 percent of the total amount bid The successful Bidder is required to provide and pay for a performance and a payment bond as stated in SECTION 2-4 CONTRACT BONDS, of the Greenbook (Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, latest edition). These bonds shall cover the faithful performance (100%) of the Contract for Construction and the payment of all obligations (100%) arising thereunder, in such form as the City may prescribe and with such sureties as they may approve. The successful Bidder shall require the attorney in fact who executes the required bonds on behalf of the surety to affix thereto a certified and current copy of his Power of Attorney indicating the monetary limit of such power. Total construction duration is 30 calendar days.
