For Park Pavilion Kimmswick The Jefferson County Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking competitive bids for the design and construction of an open air pavilion capable of seating forty (40), which equals eight (8) six (6) foot long picnic tables. Typically, a 30-foot by 40-foot pavilion. The building location is in the floodway with little or no water flow in the area. Due to this location, the structure shall be constructed using metal/steel materials (no wood). Sidewalk(s)/walkway(s) of approximately two hundred (200) feet shall lead from the pavilion to other locations to be identified. The distance, direction, and location to be finalized at the Pre-Bid meeting. Location- Address: 6100 Mississippi Street, Kimmswick, MO 63053 Budget: $180,000 Bid Deposits/Bonds are not required unless specified in the specifications. Bid deposits/Bonds must be in the exact amount as stipulated in the bid. This agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disagreements, questions, controversies, litigation or other causes of action whatsoever arising from or under the terms of this agreement shall be resolved in the trial courts of 23rd Judicial Circuit Court of the State of Missouri-Hillsboro, Missouri
