| Description | The work of this project consists of the construction of a new partially open/partially enclosed, unheated pavilion structure with 2,537 sq. ft. of covered area. The structure is located in the Day Use area of the state park on the shore of Black Lake. The work includes concrete, concrete masonry units, pre-engineered roof trusses, timber framing, clad wood windows and doors, hollow metal doors, hardware, wood siding and trim, asphalt roof shingles, interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, new water well, new septic system and related sitework. |
