Wagner Picnic Shelters

As of 8/2/2022 All bids have been rejected. There is no time-frame for rebid. The Project consists of constructing the following but not limited to; Two (2) 1,100 Square Feet Concrete Pads for Two (2) 24'x34' Open Air Steel Structures with the electrical lighting. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bidding Documents also may be examined at the City of Wagner, City Hall, on Mondays through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Helms and Associates, 416 Production Street, Aberdeen, South Dakota 57401 (605) 225-1212. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm a Additionally, upon request, in accordance with South Dakota Codified Law 5-18B-1, one copy of Plans and Specifications shall be furnished, without charge, to each Contractor resident in South Dakota who intends, in good faith, to bid upon the project. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
