| Description | The Town of Concord is soliciting quotes from experienced painters to paint the exterior of a municipal building located at 37 Knox Trail, Acton, Massachusetts. The Town of Concord reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, to waive any informality, and to make the award as may be in the best interest of the Town. The specifications of the painting project are as follows: o Wash the building prior to painting o Scrap, sand, and caulk (as needed) the external surface o Prime as needed o Apply two coats of paint All work shall be performed at the Level 3 surface preparation |
