GENERAL SCOPE: The Contractor shall furnish and install all labor; tools and materials necessary to make semi-annual maintenance inspections and witness annual and Semi-Annual on Climate Master WSHP and Armstrong 4380 Pumps at both the Grist Mill and Mansion buildings at Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Perry Point in accordance with the terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedules of this proposal as follows: REQUIREMENTS: These specifications cover the semi-annual maintenance of Climate Master Tranquility Water-Source Heat Pump Systems and Armstrong 4380 Pumps 27.
