| Description | For the following: maintenance and repair materials 2023 - 2024 Each bid must be submitted on the standard proposal form accompanied by the requisite bid bond, surety, checklist, questionnaires and affidavits as set forth in the instructions to bidders and the bid document checklist. Bids must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project, addressed to the township clerk and be delivered to the place and on or before the hour named above. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of n.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq and n.J.A.C. 17:27. The raritan township committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bid to the benefit of the Township of Raritan. |
