Leon County Facilities Management occasionally has a need for electrical service on an on-call for emergency and routine electrical problems basis. Contractor should be available twenty-four hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency calls. The Company or Companies selected must have the capability to repair parking lot “street” lights as well as warehouse “high bay” lights approximately (40) feet from ground level. Typical repairs include but are not limited to: A. Outdoor lighting installation of new, repair of existing, and/or bulb replacement B. Electrical outlet/switch installation of new or repair to existing C. Power distribution, new circuits installs, conduit and wire pulling D. Generator, Transfer switch install E. High voltage power to buildings F. Ability to support all our facilities located within Leon County G. Ability to pull permits within Leon County as well as The City of Tallahassee
