Acts Fairhaven - Health Center Renovations

Scope: Acts Fairhaven is providing renovations to the existing Health Center. A few resident rooms are taken off line to create a lounge and private dining room on the two upper floors. A new serving kitchen pantry is added on all three floors, new HVAC and shafts will be installed to accommodate the new gathering spaces. There is also a number of spaces which will receive finish upgrades. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Site Wednesday, August 17th at 9:00 am. Meet in the lobby. *The owner requests that all subcontractor / supplier inquiries be directed to the GC Bidder.
