Buena Vista Industrial Park Access Road and Utilities Phase I

Includes constructing approximately 700 linear feet of paved roadway, 600 linear feet of 10” waterline, 1,850 linear feet of 10” sanitary sewer, ten manholes, and 400 linear feet of 54” stormdrain. Price shall encompass a complete project, per the plans and specifications, to include but not limited to, mobilization; permits; erosion and sediment control; demolition; trenching, sheeting, shoring and dewatering; bedding, pipe installation, backfill, and compaction; utility replacements, relocations, or temporary bracing and shoring (both public and private); temporary patching and permanent pavement; reestablishment of green areas and landscaping; testing; traffic control, coordination with an adjacent project, and all elements necessary to complete the Work in a complete and first class manner.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Sanitary Sewerage Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment, Underwater Construction, Underwater Pipeline Construction.
