Description

The work primarily consists of the installation of two ground storage tanks. Tank 1 will be located at the District’s Brandywine Pines water plant on 4002 Ridgepath Spring, Texas and is proposed to be 22,400 gallons in size. Tank 2 will be located at the District’s Coe Country water plant on Coe Country Rd, Magnolia, Texas and is proposed to be 83,440 gallons in size. Yard piping, tank handrails, a 4’ walkway and all tank appurtenances are also proposed under this scope of work.
