WNCC Alliance Powerline HVAC Rebid

Western Nebraska Community College (WNCC) Alliance Powerline HVAC Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) unqualified of the amount of maximum Bid price shall be required with each Bid. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Right is reserved in the interest of the Owner to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality in the Bids received. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The site of the work is located 1621 East Kansas Street, Alliance, Nebraska.
