RFP Design - Public Works Facility and Rio Grande Extension Design

The City of Montrose is requesting proposals through the request for qualifications and proposal process to provide architectural and engineering design services for a public works facility and Rio Grande Ave extension The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or informalities and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional bids. The project is also bid according to the City of Montrose local preference policy in effect on the date of the bid opening and detailed in the official Municipal Code of the City of Montrose, Section 1-16-4(B).
