| Description | The work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for construction of the above project; and mobilization; obtaining all bonds and insurance, saw cutting asphalt and concrete along with removal of curb and gutter, sidewalk and existing asphalt roadway materials, furnishing and installing approximately 365 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe along with the associated 4-foot diameter manholes, furnish and installing 12-inch diameter storm water piping along with inlet catch basins, furnishing and the installation of a inlet catch basin atop an existing 24-diameter storm water pipe, approximately 140-feet of 1-1/2-inch diameter copper water piping, furnish and installing approximately 320-feet of curb and gutter, furnish and installing 4” and 6” thick concrete sidewalk and 2-each 24-foot wide driveway approaches, furnishing and installing approximately 525 tons of roadbase and 205 tons of asphalt for patching the roadway and constructing a parking lot, furnish and installing a 25-foot by 30-foot roadbase pad for a pre-cast restroom building (furnished by others), furnish and installing approximately 410-feet of 2-inch diameter underground electrical conduit and wiring along with electrical connection to an existing service panel and all appurtenant work | ||||||||
