2022 Slurry Seal

DESCRIPTION Project includes complex traffic control and management to accommodate work in highly populated areas as well as preparation of roadway surface, application of emulsified asphalt surfacing, installation of pavement markings, surveying, and protection of monuments. For purposes of the Inclusion Plan, this is considered a Slurry Seal type of project with a Past Performance of 15 Percent WMBE utilization rates based on completed projects. Project streets are located in various neighborhoods throughout the City of Seattle.
