| Description | The Agency seeks to obtain pricing for painting services including but not limited to scraping and sanding walls and ceilings, patching and plastering walls and ceilings, patching walls with drywall board, taping and applying drywall compound, applying flat wall paint, applying semi gloss paint on trim. Pricing shall include regular, overtime and holiday labor rates and the percentage mark-up on materials for such work. The vendor should designate which days are considered holidays. This contract will cover interior and exterior painting services for all Residential Sites, Hemlock Dr./ 210 Route 303, 70 Phillips Hill Road/ Prime Time for Kids, and any other Arc program sites located in Rockland County, NY. For a three year period. |
