Borough Hall Stucco Repair

For the repair and recoating of the stucco on the exterior of the Hulmeville Borough Hall The words "Borough Hall Stucco Repair must be printed clearly on the exterior of the envelope or sealed bid. The award of the bid, if awarded, will be made by the Hulmeville Borough Council at its meeting at the Borough Hall on April 3, 2023 at 7:30 p.m., or at a subsequent meeting. The successful Bidder must insure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. This Project is funded (in part) by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Community & Economic Development. Bidders are required to comply with all provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and may not discriminate by reason of race, gender, creed, color, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or in violation of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA). Proposals will not be accepted from bidders who have defaulted on a public or private contract within the past five (5) years. Hulmeville Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects or informalities in the bids, and to accept any bid Borough Council should deem to be in the best interest of the Borough.
