History Trail - Phase 1 Development

As of July 11, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The project consists of approximately 1500 linear feet of gravel trail with site improvements including concrete sidewalk replacements, new planting beds, signage and benches. ADA parking spaces are to be created as well as ADA ramps and curb tapers at crosswalks. This Project is partially funded by a PA Local Share Account (LSA) Grant. As such, all requirements of this grant must be adhered to, as attached to the Agreement as a Supplement. All bids must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the amount of the base bid in the form, subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents, and submitted through Electronically. Any bidder may withdraw or modify their bid at any time within PennBid before the date and time set above. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the date of opening, but may withdraw it any time prior to the scheduled closing time for reception of bids.
