Proposals from two (2) qualified firm(s) to provide on-call general municipal engineering services related to but not limited to: general consulting; civil engineering; surveying; management of Capital Improvement Projects (CIPs); project design (water, sewer, storm water, and roadway infrastructure); construction support and other civil engineering and/or community development projects deemed necessary by the City.
