Westerly Public Schools District-Wide HVAC Upgrades

The base bid includes several MEP improvement items at Dunn’s Corners Elementary and Westerly High School: Dunn’s Corners Elementary, the work includes but is not limited to: Provide central exhaust system to service classrooms with associated electrical and architectural work. At Westerly High School at the Ward Building, the work includes but is not limited to: Provide make-up air unit and ductwork distribution for kitchen hood. Relocate exhaust fans too close to intakes. Remove two (2) heating only RTU’s and replace with new HVAC RTU’s at media center roof. Replace Administration/Faculty Offices RTU. Replace RTU serving special education classroom with new ductwork distribution and ACT ceilings Replace two (2) RTUs at Gymnasium Associated plumbing, electrical, structural, and architectural work.
