| Description | Perform repairs to building roof and wall leaks related to Hurricane Dorian at City Hall, 207 East King Street. Repairs shall include pressure washing, preparation and sealing approximately 1200 sf of rubber membrane roof on a one story roof at the Police Department with GAF high solid liquid applied membrane roof system. Repairs shall also include cleaning, preparing and applying a brick wall sealant (Loxon XP or equal) to approximately 1,000 sf of brick wall on the front, second floor of the Police Department and recaulking/sealing four windows on the east end of the front of City Hall. |
