DR2003 Riverbend Country Club Spillway Repairs

The Project scope comprises the repair of the spillway washout, which created a large void approximately six feet deep at the bottom of the bulkhead and the repair of the washouts on the side slopes adjacent to the bulkhead. The scope of work includes the filling of the void(s) with grout to restablish the slope in front of the bulhead or weir structure at the Riverbend Country Club (RBCC). An area of approximately 450 Square Feet. The RBCC is located near the intersection of Dulles Ave. and Avenue E. The project is in the middle of the RBCC, just next to Green 11. The project requires the crossing of one bridge with limited weight capacity of 3 cubic yard and another narrow bridge with a capacity of 4 cubic yard. The contractor needs coordinated with the golf course manager during construction. Any damage to the cart paths and landscaping, has to be repair to existing condition by the contractor in coordination with the Country Club.
