Power Washing and Restoration of Cedar Shake Shingles at Senior Center

Power washing and restoration of cedar shake shingles. This project will include the power washing, at the lowest possible psi, increasing as needed; brightening; staining; repair and/or replacement of all damaged, broken or missing shingles. Also to be included is the protection against, and clean-up of, overspray. This shall include but not be limited to: gutters, windows, doors, walkways, landscaping, cars in parking areas, etc. Bidders are to also consider that building will be in use at the time work is performed. Work will need to be scheduled around use (weekends for some sides of the building). Bidders will need to include precaution barriers and notification of conditions to pedestrians that might encounter water on walkways or pavement and blocking off areas as necessary. Work site shall be the Saint Charles Senior Center, located at 1455 Fairgrounds Road Saint Charles, MO 63301.
