Five (5) Year Contract for Debris Monitoring Services

Qualified, experienced firm(s) who are capable of efficiently monitoring large volumes of disaster-generated debris removal from public property and public right-of-ways, and in some cases private property, and other public, or designated areas over a relatively wide area in a timely and cost-effective manner. The successful Proposer(s) must be capable of assembling, directing, and managing a work force that can perform the monitoring services during the duration of the debris removal and disposal operations for storms or other catastrophic events over a five-year period.
