| Description | Replacement of the roof, soffit, fascia & gutter/downspouts. Roof Replacement: 1. Remove all existing shingles down to the wood deck. 2. Replace any deteriorated wood decking on a time and material basis. 3. Install ice and water shield at all eave areas. 4. Install synthetic felt over all remaining roof areas. 5. Install F5 Drip Edge on all eave and rake areas. 6. Install starter shingles on all eaves and rakes. 7. Install 30-year Architectural singles. (Color to be chosen by owner.) 8. Flash all pipes using lifetime pipe boots. 9. Replaces all 750 attic vents with new 750 vents. 10. Install hip/ridge caps on all hip/ridge areas. 11. Clean up and remove all debris caused by this work. |
