Remove and replace approximately 30’deep by 100’ long parking lot servicing the Folly Beach Community Center and Library. Replacement material is to be previous concrete.See site plan and screen shots attached. Contract to include all demolition, removal, disposal of existing asphalt, sub-base and new previous concrete parking pad, and any striping and ramp required for 2ea ADA compliant parking spaces (match existing)
