South Grove Landing Sewer Main Extension

The project shall include the installation of a new 12" gravity sanitary sewer from the lift station on Fulmer Drive and will LEGALS extend approximately 3,500 feet to the south.The Proposal must be made on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check, drawn on an acceptable bank, or an acceptable bidder's bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, payable to the Town of Bargersville, Indiana.Bids may be held by the Town of Bargersville, Indiana, for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and the investigation of the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract.
