Description

The project will provide for completing non-destructive subsurface soil stabilization and settlement remediation repairs within the confined finished space of the Mystique Community Ice Center. Remediation solutions to provide both long-term settlement control and improve support to the existing slab-on-grade floor conditions may include the installation of geopiers, micropiles, helical piles, deep compaction grout applications, deep injection polymers, polyurethane foam grouting and slab-jacking.
