Description

The project contemplated consists of landscaping improvements within the District medians located on East Dry Creek Road between I-25 and the District boundary on S Havana St near the driveway for 145 Inverness Drive East. The intent of the project is to install plantings and landscape materials that include xeriscape components to address current difficulties related to maintenance crew safety, traffic, snow removal, and magnesium chloride application. Improvements include regrading, tree removal, stump grinding, metal edging, mulching, grouted rock, and modification of existing irrigation laterals and heads.
