Description

1.Remove and replace storefront system to include both entry doors, the one to the retail space and the one to the apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floor. work to also include removal of storefront. replacement should be of similar materials, profile and overall look to retain historic character which is not as the store front currently is. removal and replacment of the store front is required as well as the repair of the brick below the windows, if needed once the original store front is removed. 2.Remove and restore or replace the transom window to match the early historic character providing additional energy effeciency and durability as possible. all work done throughout the stairwell/ corridor should be done in a manner to minimize disruption of tenant access to third floor apartment. storefront replacement shall be coordinated with owner and tenant prior to start of work
