RFP D/B - Design-Build services for Fire Station No. 7 Replacement

WALTON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS Walton County Request for Proposals #2022-14 Design-Build services for Fire Station No. 7 Replacement located at 2077 Nunnally Shoals Rd, Good Hope, Ga. 30641 Walton County is embarking on a Capital Improvement Project to replace its Fire Station No. 7. Specifically, the Fire Station was lost to a fire and is in need of immediate replacement. It is the desire of Walton County to engage the services of a Design-Build Firm or Team to design and build this Fire Station and to develop a specific plan of action to achieve these improvements while minimizing the impact to Walton Countys Fire Services Operations. The RFP outlines how the selection process will be managed, Walton Countys requirements, evaluation of the submittal packages and contract requirements. Walton County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals deemed to be non-responsive. Walton County also reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications, to waive any technicalities, informalities, or irregularities and to award a contract to the firm that is deemed to have presented the best and most advantageous qualifications and proposal for Walton County.
