O.R.C. 307.87 - Road Resurfacing

For O.R.C. 307.87 - Road Resurfacing Bidders shall be required to submit a current Ohio Dept. of Transportation Certification of Qualifications, which shows they are currently qualified to perform road resurfacing. The county commissioners reserve the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Each bidder is required to furnish with its bid, a Bid Guaranty in accordance with section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code.
