Fiber Switches and Support

The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection is soliciting to establish a contract for the one-time purchase of Fiber Channel Switches.The terms listed below shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Additional definitions can be found in section 2 of the General Terms and Conditions.: The Contract is intended to provide Agencies with a purchase price for the Contract Items. The Contract shall be awarded to the Vendor that provides the Contract Items meeting the required specifications for the lowest overall total cost as shown on the Pricing Pages. The item identified below shall apply to this Solicitation.The Solicitation may contain mandatory provisions identified by the use of the words must will,and shall.Failure to comply with a mandatory term in the Solicitation will result in bid disqualification. The State reserves the right to cancel this Contract immediately upon written notice to the vendor if the materials or workmanship supplied do not conform to the specifications contained in the Contract. The Agency may also cancel any purchase or Contract upon 30 days written notice to the Vendor in accordance with West Virginia Code of State Rules
