Lift Station Nos. 1, 2, & 3 and WWTP Lift Station Rehabilitation and Improvements

The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform the Lift Station Nos. 1, 2, and 3 and WWTP Lift Station Rehabilitation and Improvements for Langham Creek Utility District. Lift Station No. 1: The work includes but is not limited to repairing cracks in wet well fiberglass walls with resin where necessary; replacing the wet well lid and installing a one-foot wet well extension piece; replacing the safety hatch and grating; replacing the cable holders in the wet well; pumping and wet hauling the lift station as necessary; and other miscellaneous electrical items and all else necessary for a complete and operational lift station. Lift Station No. 1 is located at 6289 Barker-Cypress Road, Houston, Texas 77084. Lift Station No. 2: The work includes but is not limited to repairing sections of the existing T-Lock liner; replacing safety nets with safety grating; bypass pumping the lift station as necessary; replacing Pump No. 2 motor starter; installing concrete access drive; and other miscellaneous electrical items and all else necessary for a complete and operational lift station. Lift Station No. 2 is located at 6645 Queenston Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77084. Lift Station No. 3: The work includes but is not limited to blasting and recoating the riser piping in the wet well; relocating the floats inside the wet well; installing safety grates; repairing the T-Lock liner in the wet well; replacing cable holders; bypass pumping the lift station as necessary; recoating the generator enclosure; replacing the ATS test display; installing crushed concrete access drive; and other miscellaneous electrical items and all else necessary for a complete and operational lift station. Lift Station No. 3 is located at 6355 ½ Barker-Cypress Road, Houston, Texas 77084. Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) On-Site Lift Station: The work includes but is not limited to recoating wet well no. 1 (original wet well without pumps) concrete walls, including grout repair where necessary and all else necessary for a complete and operational lift station. WWTP Lift Station is located at 17350 Pattiglen Drive, Houston, Texas 77084.
