| Description | Estimated Construction costs - $1,140,000.00. The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, project management, and site supervision as required to complete the Harmony Elementary School Roof Replacement scope of work described in the project drawings and specifications. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid amount, excluding applicable State of Washington taxes. Bid security shall be forfeited as damages should the Bidder neglect or refuse to enter into a contract and provide a suitable bond for performance/payment for labor and materials. The project is estimated to cost $1,140,000.00. The Board of Directors of Evergreen Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof and waive any informality or irregularities. |
