Description

All recommended Preventive Maintenance as required by manufacturer’s specifications and schedule for monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual PMs to maintain optimal performance of equipment. The Contractor will be responsible for providing all background paperwork certifying part installation and/or repair, calibration, testing of the systems, and certifications of maintenance. Contractor shall also provide an extended warranty on all applicable parts and equipment for the systems. All preventative and corrective maintenance work shall be in strict adherence to the recommended manufacturer’s specifications and standard operating procedures for equipment maintenance.
