New Road for Tift County Development Authority

For the construction of: NEW ROAD FOR: TIFT COUNTY DEVELPOMENT AUTHORITY consisting of approximately 13,140 SY of asphalt surface roadway, 4,165 LF of grading, and related items in accordance with Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Documents prepared by Harrell & Jackson Inc. PROPOSAL GUARANTY: A bid bond shall be required in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. BONDS REQUIRED: A Contract Performance Bond and a Materials and Payment Bond will be required of the successful bidder. NO PROPOSALS WITHDRAWN: No submitted proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the closing time scheduled for the receipt of bids. OWNERS RIGHTS RESERVED: The Tift County Development Authority, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality and to award the Proposal as may be in the best interest of the Owner, or re-advertise for bids. GUARANTY: The Contractor shall warrant all materials and labor for one year after the date of final acceptance by the Owner and the Engineer.
