Northline - Phase I

The Work consists of the demolition of approximately 2,490 LF of existing street and the construction of approximately 7,600 LF of new roadways, along with sewer, water, reclaimed water, dry utility, and drainage improvements. Sewer improvements include approximately 6,000 LF of sanitary sewer main and appurtenances. Water improvements consist of approximately 7,500 LF of water mains and appurtenances. Reclaimed water improvements consist of approximately 5,000 LF of reclaimed water main and appurtenances.Dry utilities consist of approximately 6,500 LF ofgas and electric lines. Drainage improvements consist of mass grading across the tract (±89-acres) and constructing two (2) wet ponds for water quality over TCEQ’s Contributing Zone totaling approximately 60,000 CY, approximately 25,000 CY of temporary drainage channels, and approximately 16,700 LF of drainage lines, bridge construction and related pond walls.
