Description | Estimated cost: $600,000 - $800,000. . The Project contemplated is located within property limits owned by Eagle Sewer District at 100 South Urban Gate Avenue, Eagle, ID 83616, and generally consists of constructing a new CMU four-bay Vehicle Storage Building to house additional equipment and vehicles. Vehicle Storage Building is subordinate to the recently constructed Operations Building. Project includes construction of the new building, grading, drainage, site utilities, and re-establishment of an existing gravel road. The Work will be Substantially Complete within 210 calendar days from the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by Bid security as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) and insurance prescribed in the Bidding Documents. To perform Work under these Bidding Documents, Bidders and Subcontractors shall be licensed as Public Works Contractors in accordance with Idaho Code 541902 and shall obtain and hold such other licenses as required by Federal and local Laws and Regulations. Bids will be accepted from those Bidders only who, prior to the Bid opening, hold current licenses as Public Works Contractors in the State of Idaho.
