Northtown Transit Facility

This project is for the rehabilitation and reconfiguration of Metropolitan Council’s Northtown Transit facility. The work includes: • Demolition of existing facility and restoration to general parking on Mall owned property • Complete reconstruction of transit boarding area on Council Owned property • Construction of Utilities (Sanitary, Storm, Electrical) • Installation of Prefabricated concrete restroom • New Lighting on selected areas of Council Property • CCTV surveilence system on selected areas of Council Property • Landscaping on both Council Owned and Mall owned property
