The City of Newnan, Georgia, located 35 miles southwest of downtown Atlanta, on Interstate 85 South, and county seat of Coweta County, Georgia, is seeking proposals from qualified Contractor for the Design/Build Contract - Construction of the Facilities Maintenance Department with an Existing Structure at 57 Boone Drive, Newnan, GA per specifications in Exhibit A.
