2021 Road Program

The proposed work is officially known as “2021 Road Program” and further described as Full-Depth Reclamation – Base Stabilization, 8” (with Cement): This work consists of full-depth reclamation treatment, which consists of grinding 4 inches of asphalt, 8 inches of Full-Depth Reclamation – Base Stabilization, (with Cement), and replacing with 2 inches of surface course and 2.25 inches of binder course, PCC sidewalk removal and replacement and Detectable Warnings (ADA accessibility), Inlets Type A, valve box frames to be adjusted w/ new frames, Frames and Lids Type 1 Open Lid, curb and gutter removal and replacement, thermoplastic pavement markings, gas valves to be adjusted, HMA and PCC driveway removal and replacement, frame and lid adjustments (special)[for roadway structures during FDR/Binder Install], drainage and utility structure adjustments, structure rehabilitations, structure reconstructions, and all necessary restoration at the locations listed below: 22nd St. (Erza Ave To Gabriel Ave) Ezekiel Ave. (21st St. [Il Rte 173] To 23rd St.) Elisha Ave. (21st St. [Il Rte 173] To 24th St.) East Bethesda (21st St. [Il Rte 173] To 22nd St.) Shiloh Blvd. (Dowie Memorial Dr. To Emmaus Ave.) 19th St. (Garnett Ave .
