| Description | Remove existing wiring and replace with material necessary to provide dedicated hot, neutral and ground for 61 receptacles in Wellness area. The contractor shall: 1. Propose a timeline that minimizes disruption of customer service. 2. Provide price for completing all work after hours (9 PM-5 AM) and also for completing all work during open hours (7 AM -3:30 AM). 3. Make all field measurements 4. Provide all labor, tools and materials for a total not to exceed 5. Contractor is responsible for obtaining necessary building permits 6. A minimum of one year warranty for all work completed 7. Contractor is permitted to use restrooms facilities within facility 8. Remove all necessary existing wiring in troughs and pans 9. Clean up any debris that would affect facility operations immediately and all other debris by the end of each shift. 10. Contractor to take precautions to protect carpet from sheetrock debris by installing craft paper over carpet during removal/installation of sheet rock. Vendor is responsible if carpets get dirty | ||
