| Description | The City Council reserves the right to waive irregularities or technicalities in proposals or reject all proposals or any part of any proposal they deem necessary for the best interest of the City of Homestead, Florida. The City of Homestead invites sealed proposals from qualified Architectural and Engineering (A/E) firms meeting the minimum qualifications described in the RFQ. It is the City intent to enter into an agreement with the most qualified A/E firm to provide project plans and design for the City of Homestead Wastewater Treatment (WWT) Backup Generators Project.
