GLWC / Baytown

Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Baytown, Texas. Working plans call for the construction of a 25,088-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility. The scope of work includes the construction of a metal shell building. As of July 6, 2022, plans have not been submitted to the City of Baytown. The owner is expected to serve as the general contractor. No inquiries will be accepted. A timeline for construction has not been released.
