Haywood Heights Subdivision and West Avenue Street Sewer Extension

This Village is seeking to purchase materials to complete water & sewer improvements consisting of the following. Please refer to bid form and drawings for further information. *Haywood Heights Subdivision, Phase 4 Approximately 400 feet of 8-inch PVC sewer main, 3 concrete manholes, and new service laterals with cleanouts. Approximately 1,000 feet of 8-inch water main, hydrants, valves and 11 new service laterals with curb boxes. Pricing requested for both PVC and DI pipe. Village to select pipe material after bid. *West Avenue Street Sewer Extension Approximately 900 feet of 8-inch PVC sewer main, 3 concrete manholes, and new service laterals with cleanouts. Only written Requests For Information (RFI) will be accepted. RFI's will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. (Local Time) on August 11, 2022, at the office of the Engineer to the attention of Seth Krull via email: skrull@cplteam.com. If necessary, an Addendum will be issued by 5:00 p.m. (Local Time) on August 15, 2022, from the office of the Engineer A pre-bid conference will NOT be held The Issuing Offices for the Bidding Documents are: Village of Brocton, 34 West Main Street, Brocton, NY 14716; Attn: Scott Jagoda CPL, 26 Mississippi Street, Suite 100, Buffalo, New York 14203; Attn: Lindsay McLaren. All bids shall be binding for a period of forty-five (45) days after the bid opening date. The Village of Brocton reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Only Bidders receiving bid documents from the Issuing Office (electronic or printed) will be allowed to submit a bid to be considered for award
